If you don't want to sign, stating that your check is good, bring cash!)No Returns. If we decide to accept your offer, we will call you and give you time to come pay and pick it up. Questions? Just ask!SIGN UP SHEET - Our sign up sheet will be put out 1/2 hour before the sale opens. We will honor an early sign up list, BUT if you sign a list started by someone else, you still MUST be present 1/2 hour before we open to get your name transferred to our list. If you are not there when your name is called you lose your spot and you must sign up again at the bottom of the list.

NOTICE: Due to snowy weather, we will be asking you to remove your shoes, please wear socks or bring socks or slippers. We have some booties but not enough for everyone. We DO NOT give prices before the sale, please do not call and ask. We DO NOT presell anything. We DO accept CASH or approved CHECK (must have matching address on check and ID, must sign our "Good Faith Check Writing Agreement") We DO NOT accept debit or credit cards. A deposit will hold your items for 30 minutes so you can go to nearby ATM if needed.
