Upon or after confirmation of sale, the United States Marshall shall execute a deed to the holder of the certificate of sale sufficient to convey title, which deed shall identify the Court & the caption of the case in which judgement was entered authorizing issuance of the deed. Delivery of the deed executed on the sale of the real estate shall be sufficient to pass the title thereto.

CLOSING: Closing will take place @ Bray Title Services on Thursday March 15, 2018 @ 10 AM. At that time the Buyer(s) will receive a US Marshalls Deed. No title insurance will be provided. If the Buyer(s) wishes to purchase title insurance, it will be at the Buyer(s) expense. Closing cost if a cash sale will be $300.00 & will be split between Seller & Buyer(s).
