All sales as is – this reflects that any purchase you make is sold in whatever condition it is in. Working or not, chips or cracks, faded, or perfect. What you see is what you are buying.

All sales final – any purchase you make cannot be returned.

Forms of Payment - Cash is preferred. Checks with proper Identification. All major credit and debit cards are accepted with a 3 percent convenience fee. We are open to trades and bartering. Ask Steve for details.

Entrance to sale will be limited to one doorway to control traffic. Our entrance requires 3 steps. We do have a portable wheelchair ramp which is available for anyone who needs it. We are happy to assist.

Furniture....Moving & Delivery. We have arranged to have help on site for your large purchases. We will assist you in loading your items but are not responsible for accidents. Delivery is available in the Springfield area. Delivery fees start at $40.00.

No early birds. Please do not call in advance for prices. We reserve the right to move items to our other selling locations and withdraw them from the sale. In addition, we reserve the right to sell any item in advance.

Additional pictures will be added right up until the night before the sale.
