-Keys are provided with the majority of these vehicles that have been obtained from HOA, commercial, other impound status. Please take advantage of the inspection time period on Friday to start the vehicles and take a complete interior/exterior inspection of the vehicles. Parking Authority places information on the windshield of the vehicle including known mechanical "goods and bads" of the vehicle for further assistance. Please note that the statements on the window are for reference only and not a guarantee. PLEASE ASSURE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE INFORMATION OUTLINED ON THE WINDOW PRIOR TO BIDDING.

-A $ 100.00 refundable deposit along with State issued photo identification is required for registration. Payment is due immediately after the auction by cash, certified funds or credit card with a 3% fee.

-A 10% buyer's premium is added to all purchases at this auction.

-Please be patient. The majority of the vehicles are scheduled to be removed from the lot after the auction by Parking Authority LLC for successful purchasers to relocate from adjacent streets.

-All vehicles are sold "tow away" status-no emission test.

-Either a title or impound paperwork will be provided to the successful purchaser that may or may not be accepted by the motor vehicle department. With past history, the paperwork provided on purchased vehicles have been accepted but not guaranteed. If there may be any vehicles being offered as parts only, no title to be delivered, applicable sales tax will be charged.

-Please check with your out of state motor vehicle department if Colorado impound documentation will be accepted to be converted to title. Several states have accepted this documentation to convert to title.
