Auction Terms: Payment due in full on the day of the auction; Payment by cash, check, Visa or Mastercard; 13% Buyer's Premium added to all purchases with a 3% discount for cash or check; Online Buyers will be charged a 15% Buyer's Premium with a 3% discount for cash or check purchases made on the day of the auction; All items become the responsibility of the purchasers when the Auctioneer says, "Sold"; Buyers must remove all furniture by Monday at Noon following the auction, unless special exemption is made with Auctioneer before Auction Day; All buyers not possessing a Federal Firearms License must have guns transferred through Loudoun Guns Inc. in Leesburg, VA. Transfer fees are $25 per firearm for public individuals, or $25 per customer, if you possess a valid Federal Firearms License. Out-of-State Buyers must pay any applicable shipping fees and transfer fees for guns sent to your local FFL, and all firearms laws apply for interstate firearm transfer.

Live Auction on Saturday, January 27th at 9:30 AM Loudoun County Fairgrounds - Sykes Hall 17558 Dry Mill Road, Leesburg, VA 20175
This auction will feature vintage metal advertising signs including Tobacco Advertising, Beer Advertising, Country Store Advertising, Gasoline & Oil Advertising, from a local seller, as well at antiques, furniture and coins, to include several Carson City Morgan Silver Dollars, from the Estate of Fritz and Shirley Hutchison of Middleburg, VA. This auction will be offered in a heated, climate-controlled environment.
