One number per person please. *Because our homes are filled with goods we ask that no large purses, bags, backpacks or strollers are brought into the sale. If you would like to bring your own shopping bag, we will check it on entering and exiting. *Payment: We accept Cash, Credit and Debit. (Credit over $20 Visa, MC and Discover.)*All sales are final and merchandise is sold "AS IS" "WHERE IS" with No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. If you would like to purchase an item that you see in our photos, be waiting in line when we open, we are not able to sell ahead of the actual sale opening and we cannot "hold" items until you arrive. * We are unable to provide pricing prior to the sale and due to the busy activities during a sale, we are sometimes unable to provide prices during the sale. If you are interested in a price or an item at the sale, it is best to come directly to the sale. *Large Purchases: The Moving and Loading of Large Items/Furniture are always the Buyers Responsibility. Please bring your own muscle, blankets and rope as needed.
