January 27 and 28 Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

From N. Pennsylvania and NW 150th, go south on Penn. to NW 142nd St. take to Kentucky and turn left into Cross Creek Landing. Follow the signs to the sale. Remember, The I-44 & I-235 interchange is planned to be closed.
The streets are narrow, please do not block driveways or the flow of traffic and be courteous when parking.
Important: The space in this home is quite limited. We will only allow the first 20 customers into the sale. Plan accordingly.
Firearms and other select items will be held off-site until the day of the sale. The alarm is active and live-monitored. We will not pre-sale any items to anyone.
