We also have a company that will deliver furniture for a fee, ask BEFORE purchasing. This sale is ONE DAY ONLY but large purchases can arrange a time during the week for pick-up!

For those of you who want first entry at 9am, we will be giving out #s starting around 7:30 and then you can sit in your warm car or go get breakfast and come back just before 9. We will open at 9am sharp, not before, not after. If you arrive before we do, please DO NOT knock on the door - the ALARM IS LOUD!

2018 Dealer/Reseller Rules: You MUST HAVE YOUR CURRENT Maryland Sales & Use Tax License with you and spend more than $200 if you wish to use your #. Even if you are on our list from past years, we will still need to see this again in 2018 to re-activate you - NO EXCEPTIONS. Once we have a photo of your license in 2018 you are on our list and do not need to bring  any paperwork again until 2019.

WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING - PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME. Each week someone comes right at closing and is very upset we cant make an exception, don't be this person!

ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.

Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawn with care. Early birds please remember weekend are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.
