PARKING: Parking is available on the left side of the house on W. Jefferson St. as well as a large parking lot in the back of the house off of Pensacola Street. Signs will be posted. Please do not park anywhere else other than these two lots. Transitions Estate is honored to have been asked to help liquidate the main floor of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority. They are remodeling the down stairs and the furnishings and accessories for sale are incredible. Beautiful leather sofas, Wing back chairs, Occasional chairs, Coffee tables, side tables, Bombay console table, Drop leaf table, Iron & glass coffee table, Six nice solid wood dining tables w/ padded chairs by Holsag, several Rolling carts, Chandeliers, Stiffel wall sconces, Buffet lamps, Table lamps, Mirrors, Wall Decor, Silk plants, & Topiaries, Ceiling fans, Draperies, Area rugs, and accent pieces. You will find all of these wonderful items in excellent to good condition, and you can tell they have been well taken care of. Come on out and join us for a great sale rain or shine.
