Outlined below are the Terms & Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. By placing a bid, you are acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions

NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE ONLY AUCTION EVENT.

Auction Closing Date: Bidding continues until the last lot is finished. Lots will begin closing at a rate of 1 per minute until the last item is sold.

Registration: All registrants must provide name, address, email address, phone number and valid credit card number in order to register. Note that the address on the registration must match the mailing address on file with your credit card company.

Payment: Payments will be charged to the card at the end of the auction. If you are a Cash payer please let us know prior and we will check the box so you will not get charged at the end of the Auction. This is new for this New Year and will be done from now on to make it easy and more efficient for pickups. Payments can still be may be made by Visa, MasterCard,Discover or American Express for Invoices. For those that want to still pay with cash you can on pickup.

If you are out of state or need the item/s shipped or moved to our location we will do a separate invoice after the items are process andpackaged.

Buyers Premium: A 13% Buyers Premium for CC and 10% for Cash will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price.

Sales Tax: No Sales Tax for this Auction

High Bidder Notification: At the conclusion of the auction winning bidders will receive an email advising of the items won as well as a paid invoice for Credit Card Payers. If you are a Cash payer your invoice will not be paid automatically. However NO Call NO Show within the last 30 mins we will still charge the CARD on file.

Pickup Location: 2136 Miami Road Euclid Ohio 44117

Removal for this auction is Sunday Janurary 13th from 1pm to 3pm. This is a 1 day pickup only. If you cannot make it please do not bid. WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MOVE ANY FURNITURE FROM THIS AUCTION TO OUR WAREHOUSE. ARE TRUCK IS NOT RUNNING AT THIS TIME. Please make sure you have your own trasportation and movers. Otherwise all invoices and items will be charged as per terms and conditions state and the items will be left at the clients house for disposal.

IF YOU DO NOT FOLLOW THROUGH TO PAY AND PICK UP YOUR ITEMS AFTER THE AUCTION IS OVER WE WILL CONSIDER YOUR ITEMS ABANDONED. BUT YOU WILL STILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY FOR THOSE ITEMS PER THIS AGREEMENT.FUTHER ACTIONS WILL BE TAKIN IF NEED BE.

If you do not pay you will be placed on our prohibited list until taken care of. This will also be sent to any and all other Online Auction Site and Auctioneers that use the HiBid platform. So you may or may not be able to bid on any other HiBid Platform auctions until payment is taken care of.

Shipping: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. We will make sure the item/s are packaged the best we can to be shipped. The larger items if need to be shipped will be at the winning bidder discretion. We will assist the best we can for those items. To ship normal item/s there will be a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st item and $2.00 for each additional item. We ship all items Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to the 50.00 anything above that will cost extra. Bigger and heavier items may be shipped FedEx .Any questions please email or call prior to bidding. Once the auction ends we will pack up all items that were won from Out of State Bidders, weight the package, email a paid invoice for the Shipping and Handling once the CC on file is paid and we will then ship the package the next day. This will be automatically done for all Out of State Bidders. Any local winning bidders you must call us to let us know that you need the items shipped. Otherwise your items will not be shipped and at the end of pickup day your CC will be charge for the items only and will follow the rest of the Terms and Conditions.

Staggered Closing: The online auction moves fast and closes 1 items every minute. The automatic system will close the bidding on intervals. Dynamic Closing. The closing time of an asset is automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the asset's closing time.

BUYER BEWARE: By placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges that s/he has entered into this agreement as the result of a thorough inspection, or acknowledged opportunity to inspect, of the merchandise being purchased and that all merchandise is sold in an "AS-IS, WHERE-IS, and AS-INSPECTED" condition with any and all faults. While descriptions are believed to be correct, the Auctioneer and the Seller make no warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the genuineness, authenticity or merchantability of, or defect in any item, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies or inaccuracies. No warranties are made as to the merchantability of any item or their fitness for any purpose.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is understood and agreed that the Auctioneer is acting as an agent only and shall in no case whatsoever be held liable by either party for the performance of any term or covenant of this agreement or for damages for non-performance thereof. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer, Auction Firm and Seller from any and all damages and claims of any type whatsoever caused by the removal of the item(s) purchased. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. You are bidding on the described item, always read the item description.

IMPORTANT! The Auctioneer will have the option of reselling, removing, storing or abandoning, at the expense and risk of the purchase, items not paid for and/or removed within the specific time. The buyer agrees to pay all deficiencies, legal, collection; transportation and storage expenses associated with delinquent accounts or abandoned items. Choose Wisely: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. When in doubt about condition, completeness or suitability for intended use, please bid accordingly. The Auctioneer reserves the right to add or remove items from the auction - split or combine lots - add minimum bids or reserve prices - cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event - make changes to the auction closing times or inspection or removal times. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract and/or agreement, or breach thereof, shall be settled by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. Auctioneers and Sellers liability shall be limited to the refund of bidders purchase price.

The above-stated Terms & Conditions of Sale cannot be altered except in writing by The Auctioneer.

Handline's Auctions Presents Online Auction in Euclid This Auction is to sell off the contents of the home for them to fix and sell the home. The auction is filled with many great furniture pieces, Sliver Dishes, Bar, Stools, Capodimonte items and More The auction will run from Janurary 6th thru Janurary 13th. Auction will start to close at 6pm on the 13th. Pickup will be Sunday the 14th from 1pm to 3pm. If you cannot make it please do not bid. This will be a 1 day pickup.
