All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). Some of the used items are marked (ON SITE GUARANTEE) in the description. If you buy an item marked this way the seller will plug it in and let you see it operating before it leaves the building. Once it leaves the building there is no guarantee. You MUST CALL IN ADVANCE and make your removal appointment. When you arrive the item should be running and operating properly. If it is not, the seller will either fix it, or give you a full refund. In the event any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before it is removed from the auction site, the buyer will be limited to a refund of the purchase price. The seller and/or Wester Auction will not be liable for more than the purchase price of any item. PREVIEW: You may preview the items BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Call Josh at 910-448-0523 for an appointment to see the items. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice. If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have 24 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 24 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you will be removed from our approved bidders list, and not be allowed to purchase from us in the future. SALES TAX: We are required by NC law to collect sales tax on the items in this auction. If you are a dealer, you must complete a resale certificate with our office in order to save the sales tax charge. REMOVAL: The removal period will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
