The items are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE. **All sales are final. **All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s). BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bid. PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES). ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE, WHICH WILL BE SHOWN AS AN INCREASED BUYERS PREMIUM (13% vs 10%) If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until 12 hours to make full restitution, with another credit card.
