          For decades Mary was proprietor of a hair styling salon in Merrillville, a tremendous Italian cook, generous to all in spirit.  Even up until she was 90 she regularly made home visits or nursing home visits to women who are ill, usually cancer, feel better about themselves by styling & washing hair & home permanents which Mary did as a volunteer. Mary Procopy, a loving mother and grandmother.

Directions:  From I-65, exit east on US 6/Ridge Rd. to traffic light for Lake Park Avenue, turn south, turn right (west) into Hampshire Apartments, go all the way back (west), then bear left to 1st building which faces west, enter 2nd entrance "Sussex South" is name on entrance, buzz Apt #3, come down a few stairs when door buzz sound is released.
