Payment Terms: There will be a 20% down payment due immediately upon closing via credit card. Shall 20% of the high bid price be greater than $10,000, then a $10,000 deposit will be all that is collected within 24 hours of auction closing. The remainder of 20% deposit is due within 48 hours of auction closing.
Successful bidders MUST be available via telephone, IMMEDIATELY upon the conclusion of the auction for payment collection. Successful bidders will be required to sign a contract of sale IMMEDIATELY upon the conclusion of the auction. The remainder of the balance must be paid within 20 days after auction closing via certified funds or wire transfer Closing on the parcel(s) will take place on November 28, 2017; location will be provided to successful winning bidder. **IMPORTANT** -All deposits are non-refundable. -All closing activities MUST happen on November 28, 2017. There are absolutely no exceptions. Failure to close at this time will result in forfeiture all of deposit monies and loss of interest in parcel(s). -Successful purchasers CANNOT take possession of the parcel(s) until after January 1, 2018. -There will be no post-auction negotiations. For payments made by wire transfer; a transaction fee of $15.00 will be added on top of the discounted 10% buyers premium to cover the bank service charge.
