Special Instructions. We have a fair market asking price for the John Deere tractor and accessories. We will also be taking sealed bids for the tractor until 10am on Sunday. If nobody has paid our asking price by then we will open all the sealed bids. If someone pays our asking price we will sell it immediately and all the sealed bids will be cancelled. 

Special Instructions: The house has a one way driveway with a few spots to pull off to let others pass. Please go slowly down the long driveway. Come all the way up to the main house and park in the field. Do not park on the driveway or in the passing parts of the driveway. There is TONS of parking by the house. Thanks in advance.
