PLEASE NOTE: The firearms included in this auction are from a local estate. These firearms have been delivered to DC Sporting Goods in Hermann, MO by the Seller. They will be available for viewing at DC Sporting Goods Monday through Friday 6:15 - 8 PM from Monday, October 16th through Friday, October 20th, 2017. If you are driving from any distance and would like to view the firearms, please call Tom Jacquin with DC Sporting Goods at 573-694-1185 to make sure he is there as his hours are sometimes subject to change. High bidders on all firearms will have Federal NICS background check run and all ATF paperwork will be filled out. There will be a $20 FFL transfer fee per firearm purchased that will need to be paid directly to DC Sporting Goods separatley from the payment for the firearms.

LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up at DC Sporting Goods, 215 East 9th Street, Hermann, Missouri 65041 on Wednesday, October 25th between 6:15-8:30 PM or Thursday, October 26th between 6:15 and 8:30 PM, unless alternate pick-up or shipping arrangements are made with the auction company. Please plan on it taking at least 30-minutes to 1-hour for pick-up, as ATF paperwork and background checks take time to perform.

SHIPPING: DC Sporting Goods will ship firearms to another Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer to be picked up by the winning bidder once the winnning bidder has passed the Federal NICS background check and all ATF paperwork is complete. Shipping will be charged at actual cost plus a $20 per gun fee for boxing and packing.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun.

BUYER'S PREMIUM: a 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. Example: If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at check out.

PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover (with a 3% convenience fee), personal check with proper ID, wire transfer & cash. Checks over $2,000 must be pre-approved by auction company. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable.

STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm on Tuesday, October 24th, 2017. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes when ever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing.

WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed.
