Parcel #: 319-230-02-035-000 2016 Real estate taxes: $345.62 per year. Lot #: 4109: 0 Brust Drive- A residential building lot (0.46 acre lot with lot dimensions of 122.5’ wide x 164.25’ deep). Parcel #: 319-230-02-051-000 2016 Real estate taxes: $453.86 per year. NOTE: There is a foundation (or possibly a partial foundation) buried on this lot! Lot #: 4110: 0 Brust Drive - A residential building lot (0.46 acre lot with lot dimensions of 122.5’ wide x 164.25’ deep). Parcel #: 319-230-02-052-000 2016 Real estate taxes: $353.04 per year. MISCELLANEOUS NOTE A: DelCo water is available at the road.
