 * Subject to approval of Probate Court.

* The successful bidder at the ONLINE will be notified at the conclusion of the auction to either execute the purchase contract and documents digitally (which will be forwarded the morning after the close of the auction) or to come to the offices of AO Real Estate, Realtors at 6555 Busch Blvd, Suite 250, Columbus, OH 43229 by not later than 5:00 PM on Saturday, 14^h, 2017 to execute purchase documents and deliver the required $2,000 earnest money deposit.
