ITEM PREVIEW: Bidders will be able to inspect and view items at 4076 HWY VV, Berger, MO 63014 . It is highly recommended that bidders preview the items. Please contact Lucas Schneider at 573-291-8075 to set up a time to preview the items. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, October 24th, 2017. The first item will begin to close at 6:30 PM Central time and an item will close every 30 seconds after. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 2 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT/PICK-UP: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 4076 HWY VV, Berger, MO 63014, at a time that is mutually agreeable between buyer and auction company. SHIPPING: Schneider Auctioneers LLC will deliver small items that are able to be shipped to our local UPS store and it will be the buyer's responsibility to contact the UPS Store to make payment and give them your shipping info. AGE REQUIREMENT: All bidders must be at least 18 years of age to purchase. BUYER'S PREMIUM: No buyer's premium will be charged for this auction. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal or business check, wire transfer & cash. Payment must be made when items are picked up or prior to shipping if applicable. WARRANTY & CONDITION OF ITEMS SOLD: All items are sold 'AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but not guaranteed. When you are not certain of the condition or use of an item please bid accordingly. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, always read the item description.
