EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
The piano is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the bidder(s).

PREVIEW: You may inspect the piano at the restaurant between the hours of 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM daily.


BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final high bid.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES), unless you have made PRIOR arrangements with Wester Auction for an alternate form of payment.

ALL CREDIT CARD CHARGES WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 3% PROCESSING FEE, WHICH WILL BE SHOWN AS AN INCREASED BUYERS PREMIUM (13% vs 10%)

If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until noon the day after the card was declined to make full restitution, with another credit card. If you fail to pay your invoice IN FULL within the first 12 hours, Wester Auction reserves the right to sell the items on your invoice. In addition, you will be removed from our approved bidders list for future auctions.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the bank, credit card company, or other financial institution that issued the credit card on which the disputed charges were made, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.


REMOVAL: You will meet with the owner of the restaurant on Monday, October 23 and make arrangements to remove the piano. We recommend that you hire one of the local professional companies to move the piano.
