We accept cash and credit cards. There is a 2.75% fee added to any credit/debit card transaction. All items are sold "AS IS". We do not offer any refunds or exchanges. There is no one available to load your purchases and we do not provide materials for securing them for transport. Please come prepared to safely load and transport ALL of your purchases. There are NO RESTROOMS for public use. Many fragile and valuable items are on display so please don't bring small children inside the home. The sale starts promptly at 8:00 am and there will be a limited number of people let in at a time. We use a "number system" for fairness to all. Numbers are issued to everyone in line one hour prior to sale open. If your number is called and you aren't in line it will be passed over. You will then have to go to the end of the line and be issued another number to enter the home. Please do not carry items around with you for extended periods of time. For your convenience while shopping, staff can place your items in a hold area by checkout. These items are considered SOLD, and must be purchased at checkout. The property is under surveillance throughout the sale and SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED!

There's so many cool things in this house. I don't know where to start. Let me first say, Downsizing for this gentleman has been a pleasure, what a class act. He retired from Coca Cola and has so many one of a kind items of Coke collectibles, many items are promotional & sales gifts for Coke client abroad. From Spain to Germany this home reflects his travels, his love of sports, (He was a College Football player). A sense of humor......wait to you see some of the funny little things you can buy for your friends or your bar! His love of History. You will be wowed with his WWII model plane collection & civil war reproduction guns. (Only 2) & some civil war costumes. There's a Pin Ball Machine, pool table, dart board, weight machine, cool bar items, beer steins & so many collector set of Coca Cola drinking glasses, Coke pitchers, Coke rafts, small Coke pocket knives, Coke Posters & tons of Coke Trays. 5 Schwinn bicycles, a vintage football helmet lamp. Wait til you see the vintage Woodard wrought iron table & 6 chairs, it's in perfect condition. There is a Woodard wrought iron tea cart that has glass top that is so nice. Ok, there's a 1950's Fredrick Wienburg wrought iron glass top table with 6 ice cream like chairs. I found the exact set in another ad which I put beside the set here.
