Lots of history in this home and family, and the house exudes the liveliness and warmth of the stories. Home built by one of Hollywood Bowl's Founders and occupies 3 properties. The late occupant was extremely close with the original Snow White Actress/Voice, Adriana Caselotti. Many items for sale are from her estate, and we are PACKED.
A Few Rules:
*Absolutely NO PARKING on Rockledge. There is no parking and no way to turn around. We will be guiding traffic and only allow people to drive up the street for pickup of items after purchase.
*WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES. There are hills and lots of stairs, but worth it!
*Parking is available on Camrose and side streets, as well as Parking Lot D for the Hollywood Bowl (free of charge), on the corner of Highland and Odin, a few blocks walk). It's uphill so please pace yourself. :)
*No purses please. House is alarmed and occupied, please don't disturb tenants or neighbors
*No presales or prices quoted over the phone, thank you.
*We will do our best to help you....but you already know that!
