AUCTION CLOSING DATE: Sunday Oct 1st 2017 - 8pm
PREVIEW: Saturday September 30th, 2017 4:00 PM to 5:00 pm at 301 6th St Monaca PA 15061.
REMOVAL: Saturday October 7th 2017 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
If pick-up time is not suitable please call for an appointment prior to bidding. Any items not picked up before 5 days after auction ending date will be resold and proceeds will go to Baxter Auctioneers LLC.
BUYERS PREMIUM: A 13% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase
Example: If you bid $100.00 you will be charged $113.00 upon invoicing at auction close, if you pay cash at pickup you will be charged $110.00 , a 3% discount.

REGISTRATION: Bidders must enter a valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover card along with required contact information.
SALES TAX: A 6% PA sales tax will be added to invoices, if you are tax exempt please let us know.
BIDDING ERRORS: Please be aware of the amount you are bidding and what item you are bidding on, we will not honor mistakes or change of mind. No exceptions.

MAXIMUM BIDS: We understand you have a busy lifestyle, using maxium bid will ensure you don't miss out on an item.
Example- Current bid is $10 , next bid is $11, you are willing to spend up to $20, put $20 in the max bid amount, the system will automatically bid for you up to that amount when someone bids against you.

WARRANTY: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied. Please use preview to view items.
RESERVE AUCTION: All Baxter Auctioneers auctions are "Reserve" auctions. We reserves the right to establish or change bidding increments, remove items from the auction, split or combine lots, add minimum bids or reserve prices, cancel, suspend, extend or reschedule an individual item and or auction event. Suspend or cancel the bidding of any buyer at any time. Change, modify, delete or add to descriptions, photos. Change auction closing time, inspection or removal times.
