10% buyers premium will be added to all bids, 3% fee for all credit card transanctions, 6% KY sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you have a current 2016 tax exemption resell certificate is approved by and on file with our office. If your sales tax permit hasn't been preapproved please be advised that it could not be acceptable.

Please look before you bid as all bids made are final and subject to these terms and conditions. Items are sold AS-IS, where is with no warranty expressed or implied by the auction company. We do our best to describe each item accurately but it is up to the bidder to do a visual inspection and satisfy themselves on as to value, condition and size. All furniture should be removed by 5:30 pm on Tuesday.

**NOTICE: We do not ship items in the furniture auction. Items are open for inspection through the week. We do our best to give accurate descriptions, however you should preview the items to see that they meet your satisfaction. PICKUP TERMS: Items picked up in the box are subject to the same terms and conditions as items on the floor. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. It is the buyers responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company can not be responsible for items after they leave the facility. Items left over 5 days are considered abandoned and can be resold in a following auction. An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. This is a simulcast auction with live and online bidders using software provided by a third party. If a floor bid comes in at the maximum bid of an online bid, the floor bid will stand as it comes in first. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepency in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price. All bids are logged into our computer software at the fall of the hammer in the live auction. At the conclusion of the auction you will recieve an email with an invoice of items won after the auction is conluded and a full accounting is done. The auction company reserves the right to fix any typographical errors. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.
