1. All sales are final and items are sold as-is. There are no returns or exchanges.
2. We accept cash, major credit cards and checks with valid TX DL and phone number.
3. Sales tax is collected. Tax Exempt Buyers must provide a valid copy of their Tax Certificate.
4. Children are welcome to our sales. Keep in mind that unescorted children will be tagged and sold.
5. No pre-sales, or pre-sale pricing or phone-sales. We'd love to accommodate your phone calls, texts and emails, but are busy preparing for the sale. Come see us at the sale to answer any questions you may have. We will not be available by phone during busy times of the sale.
6. Leave your large purses or bags in the car. We provide shopping totes.
7. If we're not busy, we'll be glad to help you load your items, but please be prepared to bring help. Also remember to bring packing materials as we have a limited amount.
8. Items must be removed by the end of the sale unless an alternate time has been scheduled with Rachael.
9. We are not responsible for accidents or injury while you are visiting this sale.
10. Please leave your large bags and/or purses in your car.
