Payment Terms Purchasers pay NO BUYER PREMIUM for items in this auction. Any applicable sales taxes will be charged in addition to the high bid prices. A 4% convenience fee will be added to the high bid price for payments made with credit cards and debit cards. For payments made by wire transfer; a transaction fee of $15.00 will be added on top of the high bid price to cover the bank service charge. Please make all payments payable to: Auctions International Inc. Payment will be due immediately upon notification of seller approval by email invoice, after the seller approves the bids. After you receive the invoice, you will have four (4) business days to get your payment mailed to our office, or your account will be suspended, and the item will be awarded to the backup-bidder, or re-listed. The US Postal Service offers two-day mail to the continental U.S.A. for less than $5. Removal Terms

This item cannot be shipped. Buyer solely responsible for removal of items from seller's premises within (14) days after invoice is received. Items left on seller's premises longer than 14 days will be subject to a twenty five dollar ($25) per day storage fee and items left longer than 45 days will be declared abandoned property. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. All item(s) are sold "As-Is", "Where-Is", with no guarantees, neither written or implied. Items left on seller's premises after the designated pickup deadline are subject to re-possession by the seller. If you are going to have trouble picking up your purchased items by the deadline, call our office immediately!

Vehicle pickup will be at Fleet Management Services at 7 Green Mountain Drive, Montpelier VT. Call 802-828-3821 to schedule pickup time. We cannot process paperwork or release vehicles for pickup until a copy of your PAID invoice is received by us directly from Auctions International. All sales paperwork will be filled out in accordance with the PAID invoice received by Auctions International. Please note that paperwork can only be signed by buyer, vehicles can be picked up by authorized agent once written approval has been received by us (via fax 802-828-3886 or e-mail at fleet.services@state.vt.us) from the buyer.
