Items left on seller's premises 14 days after receipt of PAID invoice will be subject to a twenty five dollar ($25) per day storage fee and items left longer than 45 days will be declared abandoned property. Removal Terms

This item cannot be shipped. Buyer solely responsible for removal of items from seller's premises within fourteen (14) days after invoice is received. Items left on seller's premises longer than fourteen (14) days will be subject to a twenty five dollar ($25) per day storage fee and items left longer than 45 days will be declared abandoned property. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. All item(s) are sold "As-Is", "Where-Is", with no guarantees, neither written or implied.
