We are helping our next AWESOME client’s with downsizing after becoming empty nesters. This family's home in the beautiful and tranquil neighborhood of University Park is near the UP United Methodist Church AND the home of the Mustangs.. SMU! We'll be just east of Preston Road a few blocks in between Lovers Lane and W. NW. Hwy.. make sure you put this one on the list of 'musts' this weekend! There will be a house FULL!!

Can you believe how fast the year is flying by!? We're booking into November, December AND the New Year with some fantastic sales for the Winter! Keep your eyes out for some truly fun and unique estates!!

Thank you all for the great compliments with the past few sales.. they have been a COMPLETE success and we were able to help some terrific families move on with their next step! We hope everyone can come out to see us before Halloween!! Booooo..!

• A T-O-N of beautiful custom window textiles to small and room sized rugs! Muted to simple patterned and more! A pair of hanging woven mounted hunting tapestries to a fun selection of needlepoint and monogrammed items. If your name starts with a ‘J’  then this is the house for you this week!

• Swing through the dining room to stock up on some great serving pieces before the holidays!! Silverplate to Vintage Pewter, Antique ‘Bone’ flat wear and serving pieces with cases to TONS of service pieces and collectibles for your collection. Unique and rare pieces for your serving pleasure!
