There is only a small space for the checkout on this property. We ask that any living room furniture (credenza, leather set, pine cabinet) purchased be removed ASAP, as it is in the checkout area and we cannot protect it after it is sold. THERE IS NO SPACE FOR A HOLDING TABLE AT THIS SALE until some of the living room furniture is sold and removed. You may want to bring an extra box or basket to hold your items.

There is a pool in the backyard of this property. NO CHILDREN will be permitted in the backyard. Please keep children in hand at all times. Not responsible for accidents.
