Welcome to another Spectacular Grasons Co. Elite 1 Day Estate Sale.

This house is filled with beautiful items. We have a round glass top dining table with four chairs, a round wooden dining table with four matching chairs, a dark wood coffee table, two vintage style fabric arm chairs, a fabric sofa, a queen size bed set, a glass top desk, two matching wood and fabric high back chairs, a wooden bench, a large glass top modern desk, two matching dark wood book shelves, a twin size bed set and much more. 

Though out this house we have tons on artificial plants, chairs, painting of all sizes, children's books, children's clothing, lamps, large hanging mirrors, benches, tables, pillows, office supplies, vacuum cleaners, bar stools, and lots of decorations. 

The kitchen is filled with pots and pans, a beautiful dish set by GIBSON, cups and coffee mugs, bowls, cooking untensils, silverwear, mixing bowls, wine glasses a toaster oven and placemats. 

In the garage we have excerise equipment, plants, gardening supplies and tools, some kitchen wear, a ladder, cleaning supplies and a mini refrigerator.

Pricing is usually finished on the Wed. before the sale.

Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) no other list will be honored. Prelist boxes will be allowed to mark spot as long as that person does not leave the vicinity of property. As always be respectful to the neighbors, home and Grasons Co. staff.  We can't wait to see you!
