We have combined Rex Beach's living estate with the Jim O'Neil Estate to be sold to the highest bidder.  Jim's tools look to be in good condition, several are collectible that were used by his father before him. There are several small tools in the original boxes.  Rex is moving to assisted living and will no longer need these items.
