WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT (never a swipe fee) - NO CHECKS 6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - *Dealer/ Tax-Exempt purchases must be accompanied by your up to date MARYLAND ONLY Sales & Use Certificate unless you are already in our system.WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING - PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME. Each week someone comes right at closing and is very upset we cant make an exception, don't be this person!ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawn with care.
