EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s).
**Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality.
**Any description of functionality is for INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
**We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you preview the items before bidding.
**In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the Buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.

PREVIEW: You may preview the items from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, any day of the week during regular business hours. You may not interfere with the staff or the customers.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES).

If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until10:00 AM the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list.

REMOVAL: You MUST remove your purchases during the following times:
(1) Sunday July 16 from 3:00 PM uintil 9:00 PM.
(2) Monday, July 17from 9:00 AM until Noon.
(If you do not remove your items, then you cannot complain about any damage done to the items.
Failure to meet this schedule may result in losing your items without refund.

SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)


CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.

Moe's Southwest Grill has been told by the home office to do a partial remodeling job. Several pieces of the cookline are being sold, along with the serving line counter and other cabinetry. The restaurant will remain open, using all of this equipment, until the new equipment arrives. The removal time and date are VERY SPECIFIC. If you cannot meet the terms of the sale, please do not bid. The equipment will be sold on Saturday, July 15. The restaurant will close at 3:00 PM on Sunday, July 16. You must be there at that time to remove your purchases. The restaurant will reopen on Tuesday, July 18.
