*** ESTATE SALE OF THE DECADE! ***

A Digger's & Picker's Paradise!

This 4-story, 40,000 square foot warehouse building located on a quiet stretch of a major Chicago street was home to storage and a giant resale shop where anything and everything was sold.  The business has been shut down for 8 years and we are opening the doors for an amazing 4-day final liquidation.  Most all areas of the 4 floors will be open and boy are they packed! Bring a flashlight, wear some comfortable clothes and plan to spend a lot of time perusing all of the treasures. The photos just show a portion of what is available for sale, it was not possible to photograph some of the areas of the building.

There are over 50 crates of costume jewelry and countless amounts of architectural, industrial, factory, church and school pieces.  More than 10,000 record albums (LPs, there are no 45s), 10,000 cassette tapes and CDs, tons of old stereos, speakers and TVs, some trains, stamps, baseball cards, 10,000 comic books and other collectibles.

Floor after floor of furniture (both in good condition and in need of TLC), hundreds of art pieces, lamps, knick knacks, popcorn machines, slot machines, vending machines, 2 saunas, workbenches, garden items and store displays just to name a few things. The owner was in the Air Force for many years and lived in Australia and Greece. She brought back many items which will be available for sale including amazing giant olive oil urns from Greece, nearly impossible to find in this country. An 1886 church was cleaned out and the stained glass windows, solid oak doors, church pews and tongue and groove wainscoting were salvaged.

The building is on the market and everything inside has got to go so it will all be priced to sell.  Items will not be priced, there are just way too many!  We will work out pricing on the spot.

Mark your calendars, this sale is one-of-a-kind and not to be missed!
