The owner of the building is looking to move in and would like to downsize some of his many possessions before doing so. The sale will take place on most of the second floor of the building and half of the 2-car extended garage. Included will be beautiful antique furniture such as the Art Deco wardrobe, home decor including art and lots of household goods. There is a white tub and shower surround combination for sale, ready for installation. The owner is also offering 2 cars for sale as described below along with their starting prices. 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Custom Cruiser, navy blue - $2,100: 79,000 original miles, recent tires and fuel tank, automatic, air, tilt wheel. Runs great, body has surface rust but no rust through.
1989 Lincoln Town Car, white - $5,300: 89,000 original miles, recent tires, brakes and exhaust, all power options, velour interior. Second owner, very clean. |
