Hello estate sale shoppers, this is a rare collector enthusiast sale that you do not want to miss. The owner of the house was a writer and an author. There are hundreds and hundreds of all kinds of books ranging in age and genre. So many items in every nook and cranny of this home it's going to take us all week to set this one up. Due to our restricted time line we are having the sale on Monday and Tuesday. Since a lot of you work these days I am thinking about staying open later on Monday. Please let me know if this is something that would interest you. Because there are so any small items we are running this two-day sale like a “Fire Sale”. Which means to make sure your car is empty and your wallet is full!!! We will update you with more pictures and a list of items for sale later in the week. So please check back with us. NO BAGS OR PURSES WILL BE ALLOWED INTO THE SALE!!! THERE ARE TO MANY SMALL ITEMS IN THIS HOUSE!!! A Grasons Co sign-in sheet will go out at 7 am the first day of the sale, doors open at 8 am opening day. No other listed will be honored and there will be no sign-in sheet provided Tuesday. Please be respectful to the home, neighbors and Grasons Co staff members. There are no items available for presale and prices will not be quoted over the phone.
