The home includes, over 15 original goebel-hunmel figurines scenes such as close harmony, doll mother, birthday candle, happy birthday, little sweeper, and many more. We also have a collection of over 20 precious moments figurines such as birthday club figurines, blessed are the pure in heart. We also have porcelain Lenox angels such as the Summer Angel and Repunzel, we also have the jolly coachman by Norman Rockwell, a capodimonte plate, a capodimonte flower jar, and a capodimonte vase, we also have 5 lladro pieces, over 15 royal doulton ball women such as Julia, Victoria, Meditation, Elyse, and Elaine and more. For furniture the home includes 2 matching mid century Ethan Allen chairs one with an ottoman, an oak glass top coffee table, a designer sofa, an Ethan Allen end table, a Thomasville bar-buffett cart, a wood dining room table with 4 chairs and a leaf a wood display case with glass shelves, a mid century desk, an oak kitchen table with a leaf and 4 chairs, a large sectional a matching Drexel wood and glass top coffee table and end table, a Sharp flat screen 42 inch tv, an oak china cabinet, 2 wooden ball and claw leather designer arm chairs,, a Victorian style entry table a Bassett furniture high boy dresser, a antique chest, large hanging mirrors, a Victorian style mirrored headboard eithba queen size bed, a tan arm chair, mid century wooden chest and matching end table, a matching "Century" bed room set which includes 2 bedside tables, a dresser, and a high boy dresser, there's also a Cal King size bed that matches it, a pair of mid century half chairs.

We also quite a few original pieces of art made by the talented Whisler, 2 prints on canvas by Thomas Kinkade "Sunday at Apple Hill" and "The Hidden Gazebo." We also have quite a few other prints and originals.

Other items in the home include an outdoor wrought iron patio set, a few potted plants, and designer pots, kitchenware everything from silverware sets, pots, pans, coffee makers, a keurig coffee maker, Crystalware, glassware from cups, bowls, glasses, and vases hanging mirrors, silk plants.

Pricing is usually finished on the Wed. before the sale.

Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) no other list will be honored. Prelist boxes will be allowed to mark spot as long as that person does not leave the vicinity of property.
