EQUIPMENT CONDITION:

**Any description of functionality is for INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
**We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you preview the items before bidding.
**In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the Buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES). All credit card settlements are subject to a 3% processing fee.

If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list.

REMOVAL: We are normally open from Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. We request that you call to make an appointment to insure that our staff is available to assist with loading. Call John at 252-646-9095.

We will provide loading assistance, but packing and securing the load will be the responsibility of the buyer.

SELLING MULTIPLE LIKE ITEMS: if we sell multiple like items to more than one buyer, selection will be on a first come basis. (Example: If we sell dining chairs to more than one buyer, then the first buyer to show up to get their items, will get the first selection. If you are late getting there, you will choose from what is remaining.)

SALES TAX: The State of NC requires us to collect sales tax for all items in this auction. If you are not from NC and the purchased items are not going to be used in NC, then you will not be charged NC sales tax. You may be responsible for paying the State's Use Tax from your state.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.

John is overloaded and completely out of room. He must sell these items immediately to make room for the new items coming in. His loss is your gain. (2) items are in a remote location and will need to be removed by the buyer. These items are the hood system and the walk in cooler/freezer. They are located in Morehead City. If you want to preview these items you must call John before going.
