Your bid is a legally binding contract, no exceptions. Winning bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sellers, auctioneers, auctioneers employees, auction company owners, directors, etc. etc. from all claims, fees, judgments, expenses, disputes, legal fees etc. etc.
All Items NOT PAID FOR BY FRIDAY AT 3PM WI WILL RUN THE CREDIT CARD USED TO REGISTER.
