This house is filled with beautiful items. 

We have a large floral print sofa, two matching arm chairs a wooden floral fabric print bench, s long wooden coffee table, a beautiful solid cherry sofa table by AMERICAN OF MARTINSVILLE, a wooden China cabinet, a wooded dining room table with four chairs and a leaf, a large wood and glass display hutch, a wooden sideboard, a yellow fabric sofa with matching love seat and ottoman, two brown arm chairs, a light wood side board, a wooden enteriament cabinet with matching display cabinet with glass doors, a beautiful wooden marble top display cabinet with drawers and glass shelves, a flower patter sofa, a wooden dresser, a light wood desk, a painted dresses , a dark wood desk, a large king bed set and matching end tables, a wooden dresser with vanity, a wooden dresser with six drawers, and a large book shelf. 

Throughout the house we have picture frames, clothing, shoes, chairs, books, lamps, linens, sewing supplies, crafting items, acrylic paint, art work, pillows, blankets, figurines, a CONN piano, vases, clocks, suitcases, jewelry boxes, plants, records, a vintage record player by MAGNAVOX, a PANASONIC television, movies and cds, a rocking chairs, rugs, and large mirrors. 

Outside we have tons of flowers, Christmas decorations, Halloween decorations, Easter decorations, pottery, two patio tables, a large bird bath, a large water fountain, we have glassware, dish sets, glass bowls and plates, wreaths, hats, a grill, bird houses, baskets, hanging plants and so much more!! 

In the kitchen we have silverware sets, cooking unientls, coffee cups, pots and pans, a GE refrigerator, glasses, replica TITANIC China, a MAYTAG washer and dryer,coffee makers, a toaster, and coffee pots. 

In the garage we have hand tools, power tools, a DIAMONDBACK fitness bike, spray paint, screws and hooks, gardening tools and supplies, brooms, racks and cleaning supplies.

Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) no other list will be honored. Prelist boxes will be allowed to mark spot as long as that person does not leave the vicinity of property. As always be respectful to the neighbors, home and Grasons Co. staff.  We can't wait to see you!
