ATTENTION FURNITURE BUYERS!!! Please bring help to load your furniture after purchase. We do not have anyone to "grab the other end." We ask in this case that if at all possible you plan to remove your furniture ASAP upon purchase, as the front room is VERY crowded. We have no room for a holding table until some furniture is moved. We can provide covers/sheets for your furniture if you can’t remove it immediately, but we can’t protect it or be responsible for furniture after it is purchased. (We make every effort to keep people from sitting on it, leaning on it, piling stuff on it, but we can’t have eyes on it at all times.)
 

There is very limited space here, and it is a crowded house. Wear your tennis shoes if you plan to shop outside in the backyard as there are a lot of step-up/step-down areas and uneven surfaces. There is a pool in the backyard of this home, use caution at all times. No children will be permitted in the backyard of this sale.  Backyard is an "enter at your own risk" area.  The onyx table is sitting in the middle of the living room, so be cautious and don't fall over it.

We have some boxes, but you may want to bring some. We will have paper available for you so that you can wrap and pack your own breakables after purchase.

We know it is hot and there is not much shade in the front yard of this property. We also know that this sale is going to be CROWDED. We will get people into the house absolutely as fast as possible and thank you for your patience.
