EQUIPMENT CONDITION:
This is NOT an absolute auction. The seller reserves the right to pass on any lot that he feels is going extremely too low. We have sold for this company before and they passed on less than 3% of the items.

**All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with NO WARRANTY or GUARANTEE.
**All sales are final.
**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s).
**Unless otherwise stated in an item description, no items have been tested for functionality.
**Any description of functionality is for INFORMATION ONLY and does not constitute a warranty or guarantee.
**We HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you preview the items before bidding.
**In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the Buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.

PREVIEW: You may preview the items on Friday, June 9 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.

PAYMENT: Full payment is due immediately after the auction. The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES), unless you have made PRIOR arrangements with Wester Auction for an alternate form of payment.

If you plan on buying more than your credit card will allow, then you need to make arrangements with Wester Auction PRIOR to the day of the auction.

If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list.

REMOVAL: You MUST remove your purchases during the following times:
(1) For 2 hours after the auction on June 10
(2) On Sunday, June 11 from Noon until 5:000 PM
(3) On Monday, June 12 from 10:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
AFTER MONDAY, REMOVAL WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.
