We have quite a few name brand furniture pieces in the home items include, two matching La-Z-Boy couches, a a dark brown leather cushioned chair with matching ottoman from La-Z-Boy, a Divani Chateau D' Ax Italian leather cushioned chair with a matching ottoman, a wooden Greek style glass top coffee table, a Greek style entry table Granite base, a black wood / tile top kitchen table with four chairs, a tan wood liquor cabinet, a matching seven seas by Booker furniture living room set which includes two end tables and a coffee table, two matching black painted wood stools, two large black painted wood liquor cases, a large office desk, a wooden framed twin size day bed, a hand painted end table, an oak rocking chair, a metal framed wicker end table, two matching book cases, a cherry wood vanity dresser, two matching cherry wood bedside tables, an oak wood chest, a Cal King size bed, a small dark wood book shelf.

Kitchen items include a metal swinging fruit basket, a glass punch bowl set multiple rooster decorations, large decoration pots, a few pans, knives, BBQ utensils, a Cerind plate and bowl set, an osterizer blender, a few "great china," bowls, Starbucks porcelain mugs.

Pricing is usually finished on the Wed. before the sale.

Sign up sheet will be placed outside the home at 7am the 1st day of the sale (The sign in sheet is used to see who gets in first at the grand opening of the sale and anyone can still come without being on this sheet) no other list will be honored. Prelist boxes will be allowed to mark spot as long as that person does not leave the vicinity of property. As always be respectful to the neighbors, home and Grasons Co. staff.  We can't wait to see you!
