Bring help for furniture or if you feel something may be to large or heavy for you. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THOSE 2 DAYS....IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THOSE DAYS DO NOT BID! THIS IS THE ONLY TIME YOU CAN PICK UP YOUR ITEMS, ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE FORFEITED. ITEMS MAY BE SHIPPED IF NEEDED. ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24HRS AFTER AUCTION CLOSES. THIS AUCTION IS LOCATED ON SITE, ALL ITEMS THAT NEED SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED A $8 TRANSFER FEE FOR TRANSPORTATION BACK TO OUR BUILDING. THIS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR FINAL SHIPPING COSTS. STORAGE FEES OF $5 PER DAY PER ITEM WILL BE ASSESSED TO ALL ITEMS NOT PAID OR PICKED UP WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
