Your bid is a legally binding contract, no exceptions. Winning bidder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless sellers, auctioneers, auctioneers employees, auction company owners, directors, etc. etc. from all claims, fees, judgments, expenses, disputes, legal fees etc. etc. Please check the details before placing your bid. If item is not paid for within 3 days there is a $3 per day storage fee, no exceptions.
