There will be no returns so be sure to inspect all items before you purchase. Credit card and cash will be accepted no checks. ID must be present to verify the card holder. UPDATE: THE DATES HAVE BEEN CHANGED Grasons Co in the LA Valley is so excited to bring to you this fun estate sale! This is a gorgeous house with incredible items. It has thousands of comic books, football cards, fine jewlery, bug balls, rugs, sterling jewlery, navajo made jewlery, inza made jewlery, gold jewlery, chinet, franciconia china, mirrors, buffetts, couches, watches,plants, patio furniture, antique bed, antique vanity, dresser, hoosier cabinet, power tools, hand tools, costume jewlery, franciscan apple dishware, dinosaur poop, critters on crystal, western lamp, there is more info to be posted and many more pictures to come. Please be aware that the parking is really tight on this street. Street sweeping is on Thursday on one side of the street, so please read signs. Also all sales must be done at the sale. No over the phone sales or online sales or quotes will be done. All sales are final. No bags or boxes allowed at the sale. Booties must be worn when entering the house (we will supply booties). No high heels allowed in the house. Sign in sheet will be placed outside of home at 530 am on Thursday morning. Only our Grasons sign in sheet will be honored. There will be 2 sign in sheets set out, 1 for general house and 2 for comic books and jewlery. Stay tuned. If you have any questions please contact Martha at 626-861-5830. |
