Worth the drive out to this estate sale in a very unique area and neighborhood!  Lots of great items that will be available as well.  This sale will be a little different than normal.  Most of the larger items will have prices and we will do our normal discounting of those items on day 2.  The rest will be negotiated for a fair price!  It all has to go!  For those who like to buy in bulk, show up on Saturday around 2pm for a quick walk-around auction of what is left over.  Bring your trucks and trailers!  We will be open on Friday, April 21 from 10am to 4pm and Saturday, April 22 from 9am to 3pm.  Please do not park on the streets in the neighborhood and give right of way to any airplanes on the streets.  There is plenty of parking in the large yard of the estate.  More pictures and descriptions will be added as we get closer.  A few items will be available for pre-sell.  Only the items listed below for pre-sell will be pre-sold.

The gate will open 30 minutes before sale start time each day.  Please give right of way to any airplanes on the roads in the neighborhood.  No parking on any roads in the neighborhood.  There is lots of parking at the home in the yard.  Take CR 309 from US 17 or CR 308 from Crescent City to CR 309.  Turn onto Fort Gates Ferry Road and stay straight into Mount Royal Airpark.  Take the first right past the runway (Temple Mound Road) and go all the way to the end.  You will see the estate signs!
