**All bids are based on the inspection, evaluation, and desire of the Bidder(s).
**In the event, any item is lost, damaged, or stolen, before the invoice is settled, the Buyer will not be charged for the item. Once the invoice has been settled, security for the item is the SOLE responsibility of the buyer.
**The quantities stated in the catalog are guaranteed within 5%.

PREVIEW: You may preview the items on April 24 from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM. These items are going to remain boxed until the day of the preview, so there will be no other times and dates available for viewing.


PAYMENT: The credit card given at the time of registration will be used for the full payment of your invoice (IMMEDIATELY AFTER BIDDING CONCLUDES), unless you have made PRIOR arrangements with Wester Auction for an alternate form of payment.

If your credit card is declined for ANY REASON, you will have until Noon the day after the auction to call us with a different credit card. Failure to do so will result in the sale of your items to someone else and your removal from our approved bidders list.

REMOVAL: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM.
Any item remaining at 5:00 PM on Friday, May 5 will be considered abandoned.

SALES TAX: Because these items were retail inventory the State of NC requires us to collect sales tax for all items in this auction. If you are not from NC and the purchased items are not going to be used in NC, then you will not be charged NC sales tax. You may be responsible for paying the State's Use Tax from your state.

CREDIT CARD CHARGEBACKS:
**Each Bidder agrees not to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any charges.
**Each Bidder further agrees that initiating a credit card chargeback is a DIRECT VIOLATION of the Terms and Conditions agreed upon by the bidder when registering to bid.
**With the Auctioneer's presentation of these Bidder Terms and Conditions to the issuing bank, credit card company, or other financial institution, the bidder authorizes such bank, credit card company, or other financial institution to deny any credit card chargeback and to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer.

SHIPPING: We will arrange to ship your purchases to you. After the auction has been completed and you have settled your invoice, you will email us your specific instructions on how you want the items packaged and what method of delivery you desire. (USPS, UPS, FEDEX, etc.) We recommend Priority mail from the Post Office. We think this will be the most cost effective.

We will use your instructions to calculate the shipping and handling costs. Once we have that figure, we will contact you for approval. Once you approve the charge, we will prepare the items for shipment and schedule a pickup. Your card will not be charged for the shipping and handling until the day of the scheduled pick up.

We will be selling over 7,000 pieces of jewelry and ornaments. ALL PRODUCTS ARE NEW AND BULK PACKAGED BY LIGHTHOUSE. ALL ITEMS WERE --- "Made in America" We will be selling in large and small quantities based on the available inventory. The lighthouse items will be separated by lighthouse name and location. All items bearing the resembalance of that lighthouse will be sold as a lot. These would be a great fund raising project or inventory for a flea market booth. All items belong to one family that traveled all over the country selling these items at shows and events. They have decided to retire and liquidate their remaining inventory.
