SALE DATES: Saturday, April 1, 2017 (9am-3pm) & Sunday, April 2, 2017 (9am-1pm)
PEASE NOTE: Our numbers person BOB will be onsite approx.. 2 hours before sale time. If you arrive before our staff DO NOT WALK THE PROPERTY - OUR MOTION ALARM IS VERY LOUD. Once you get a # from Bob you can go have breakfast and return a few minutes before 9am for the line-up. WE WILL NEVER OPEN EARLY - We open at 9am SHARP! We will be letting in the first 25 #s at the open and then from then on it will be one in - one out until the line is gone.
This estate is absolutely PACKED and the rooms are rather small so please watch your step and be safe moving about this old home. Its a great "old school estate sale - a true pickers paradise!"

WE ACCEPT CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT (never a swipe fee) - NO CHECKS 6% Maryland Sales Tax Applies - *Dealer/ Tax-Exempt purchases must be accompanied by your up to date MARYLAND ONLY Sales & Use Certificate unless you are already in our system.WE CLOSE RIGHT AT STATED TIMES TO DO OUR ACCOUNTING - PLEASE ALLOW AMPLE DRIVE/SHOPPING TIME. Each week someone comes right at closing and is very upset we cant make an exception, don't be this person!ALL SALES FINAL and being sold as is, as found in the estate.Plenty of parking but please do not block driveways and be sure to treat all neighbors lawn with care. Early birds please remember weekend are most folks day off - keep the noise to a minimum when waiting out front.Sorry, we do not pre-sell, ship, hold, or provide pricing information before sale date.- All purchases are on a first-come, first serve basis on sale days.
