TERMS: Payment due in full by 12:00pm on Monday, March 27th. 10% buyer’s premium added to high bid for cash or approved check with bank letter.  13% buyer’s premium added to high bid on credit or bank cards. Colt 1903 Pistol must be pick up at Powell Auction office and $10.00 TBI background check must be completed prior to pickup.
You, the bidder agrees not to stop payment on checks, disallow a bank draft, credit card and/or any type of payment and will be fully responsible for any expenses incurred due to the collection of any type of payment. With any type of charge backs, The auctioneer will pursue a judgement locally (when possible) that may be capable of being transferred to the buyer’s jurisdiction and auctioneer will be entitled to any attorney fees incurred in collecting monies. All parties agree that any litigation will be filled in Knoxville, TN.

If you are the actual high bidder, Powell Auction & Realty, LLC will send you an additional email stating that you are the high bidder with an invoice attached. This invoice may not include shipping fees or credit card fees. The email may be sent the following business day. Note: When registering on HiBid your credit card will be charged $1.00 to ensure that it is a valid card after you complete your registration & information.
